BackStory:
Once a great leader in Captain Blood's crew, Bosun Budd's loyalty to Blood became his downfall. Captain Blood's unfortunate gambling obsession meant he wouldn't stop until he won against the best card fiends with the greatest hand in history. Budd followed Captain Blood into a ferocious storm, and washed ashore on Miranda, a shell of his former self. His days are now spent wandering around the Old Mine in Miranda, and protecting one of Blood's favorite cards.
Location:
Bosun Budd is located in the Miranda encounter within an Old Mine interior. The player encounters Bosun Budd towards the end of the quest, “Ghost Town”.

Combat mechanics:
On the first round of combat, Bosun Budd performs the action Starfish Shuffle. Starfish Shuffle brings starfish objects onto the board within a radius around Bosun Budd. Starfish objects can only spawn on free spaces when this action is taken. If all spaces are free around Budd, the maximum of eight starfish are spawned.
For three rounds, the starfish grow, and on the fourth round, they explode and will deal damage to any player standing within their explosion radius. Once they explode, the starfish is removed from the board.
Starfish Shuffle has a set cooldown.
Bosun Budd can also use his ability Consume Starfish to heal himself. Budd must be in range of a starfish to consume it. When it is consumed, it is removed from the board.
Unique Ability Animations:
Starfish Shuffle
Utilizing the Drowned Zombie model, add a unique animation for Starfish Shuffle. Bosun Budd should shake starfish from his body in a manner similar to the "Truffle Shuffle" from The Goonies.
Exploding Starfish
The Exploding Starfish should compliment the Drowned Zombie's existing appearance. The starfish need three different states of growth. The starfish has a pulsing glow that telegraphs they mean danger. The pulsing glow gets faster the closer they get to exploding.
